The IRP Abuja Project started in October 2010 and lasted until September 2012. The project was a collaboration between the University of Oxford (UK) and the Development Research and Project Centre (dRPC, Nigeria).
The IRP Ankara Project started in October 2009 and was completed in December 2010. The project was conducted by the VU University Amsterdam and the University of Utrecht.
The IRP Cairo Project started in April 2010 and was completed in May 2012. The project was a cooperation between the Netherlands-Flemish Institute in Cairo (NVIC) and Al-Ahram Center for Political and Strategic Studies (ACPSS) in Cairo.
The IRP Dakar Project started in September 2008 and was completed in December 2010. The project was conducted by the African Studies Centre in the Netherlands.
The IRP Jakarta I Project started in 2007 and was completed in 2008. The International Institute for the Study of Islam in the Modern World (ISIM) executed the first IRP Jakarta research project.
The Second IRP Jakarta Project started in 2010 and was completed in December 2012. The Project was executed by the Training Indonesia’s Young Leaders Programme, which formed part of the Leiden Institute for Area Studies (LIAS).
The IRP Khartoum Project started in February 2011 and was completed in September 2012. The project was executed by the Centre d’Études et de Documentation Économiques, Juridiques et Sociales (CEDEJ) (Khartoum) in cooperation with the University of Khartoum.
The IRP Rabat Project started in September 2008 and was completed in June 2012. The project was conducted by Leiden University.
The IRP Riyadh project started in April 2010 and was completed in April 2012. The project was a collaboration between Clingendael Institute (the Netherlands) and Radar Groep BV.
